One of our highlights (so far) was a hands-on workshop on Effective Communication with their IT Team. The goal of the workshop was to empower SilverBirch’s IT associates with communication best practices. In this two-hour workshop, we did a number of exercises with the team and shared tailored tools to help them improve technical communication with their non-technical colleagues.
